Delivery Times
Each product has an estimated delivery time and we adhere to these times. If there is any delay then we will inform you by email. When your order has been dispatched our system will inform you by email and from that date your order should be delivered within 1-2 working days. All orders are sent by Royal Mail. Some deliveries may require the item to be signed for. In the event of no-one being able to sign for the item the Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions on how to proceed.
Delivery Schedule
If the item is in stock we will normally send UK orders to you the next business day, when ordered by 2 pm. International orders are generally received in under 21 days.
Returns
We aim for you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase and therefore offer you 14 days to change your mind on any purchase from this website. Please contact our customer service department before returning the item. Please ensure the watch is returned to us with all the original packaging. When we receive the item we will issue you with a full refund or if you prefer we can offer an exchange. You should return it to us by Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery, to ensure items are not lost.
